A credit card is required for all grooming. There are no walk-ins, so call or book online. Vaccination records are required for all pets.

Some dogs may not be eligible for grooming because of age, health, or behavior. We’ll talk it through with you before the appointment, and please tell us in advance if your pet needs special accommodations.

• Arrive on time. We hold appointments for up to 15 minutes unless you tell us you’re running late.
• If you don’t call or can’t be reached, 50% of the appointment price per pet is charged.
• If we can still take your pet more than 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee per pet applies.
• Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Cancelling inside 24 hours or missing the appointment is a 50% charge per pet.
• After we notify you that your pet is ready, you have a 60-minute grace period. After that, $5 per 15 minutes applies.

• Rabies, distemper, and parvovirus vaccinations are required, with proof at drop-off.
• Without proof, the appointment is denied and 50% of the expected total is charged to your card on file.
• Wait at least 48 hours after a vaccination visit before grooming.
• Please tell us about any medical conditions. Pets with a heart murmur above level 3 are not accepted.

• Fleas at consultation: take your pet home. A cancellation fee applies and a vet visit is strongly recommended.
• Fleas during the appointment: your pet gets a flea bath, a $20 to $50 fee applies, and your pet goes home. Completed services are charged.
• Lice during the appointment: your pet goes home right away. A $20 to $50 decontamination fee applies, plus completed services.
• Ticks: your groomer removes known ticks and continues. A vet visit is advised.
• Flea baths are not always guaranteed.

For anxious dogs, extra exercise before the appointment helps. We sell CBD products in store that you can pick up a few days ahead, so ask us for details.

Sedation or anxiety medication needs a vet prescription listing your pet’s name and dose. A special handling fee may apply, and some groomers don’t accept sedated pets.

If a dog becomes too aggressive, agitated, or distressed, we’ll stop the service rather than force it. Completed services are charged.

Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated. Elderly dogs and dogs with health conditions may need to skip certain services and may need a medical release.

Your stylist will review the cut with you at pickup. Call within 24 hours for free changes or redos. After that window we can’t offer redos, and all grooming purchases are final with no refunds.

We may use photos and videos of your pet for marketing. To opt out, tell us in writing before the appointment.
